Brandon has over 10 years of experience in public accounting, including broad experience in all areas of taxation. In addition to providing traditional compliance and planning services to tax clients, he has worked closely with our tax partners in serving a large publicly traded client on a multi-year engagement as an outsourced Tax Director. He regularly applies his strength and knowledge in the IT field to assist Smith Leonard in our endeavor to be a technologically strong firm, both internally and for our clients.

Brandon lives with his wife, Breanne, and two children in Randolph County, NC. Prior to joining Smith Leonard, Brandon owned a commercial fishing operation. In his spare time, he is an avid hunter and fisherman and has channeled his commitment to living a healthy lifestyle into a passion for both CrossFit and beekeeping. He also enjoys golf, both in his personal endeavors and through work functions.
