What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is working through complex problems to help clients while collaborating with colleagues across different departments to find the best solutions.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I love making memories with my husband and kids—whether it’s chasing the little ones around the park, cheering at App State football games, or soaking up the sun on a beach trip. I also enjoy staying active through exercise and weightlifting, and I like to get creative in the kitchen with cooking.
What’s your favorite way to start the day?
My perfect start to the day is sipping on a fresh cup of coffee and then crushing a good workout at the gym.
How do you balance your professional and personal life?
I’m grateful that Smith Leonard values work-life balance, and I’m fortunate to have a great support system at home. During the business day, work has my full focus, but I make it a priority to spend a few hours with my family each evening before logging back in if needed. It’s a rhythm that keeps both my professional and personal life running smoothly.
Describe your ideal weekend.
My ideal weekend is all about getting out of the house—whether that’s shopping, taking a spontaneous drive, or grabbing lunch or dinner with family and friends. I love wrapping it up by coming home, kicking back, and watching a really good documentary.
