Meet Darlene

Darlene has accumulated over 30 years of experience servicing clients in various capacities. She built the foundation of her career as an auditor with national firms but learned that her passion lies in advisory services. She loves helping business owners build, buy or sell companies. As practice leader for the firm’s transaction advisory services group, she has experience with a variety of industries and engagements. She works with independent sponsors, strategic buyers, lenders, and private equity investors as they evaluate investments or lending opportunities. She also enjoys helping business owners proactively prepare for and evaluate their options for a potential sale or other transaction.

Darlene and her husband Todd live in Summerfield. They have two grown sons – Myles and Sidney. Darlene enjoys exercising, traveling, and reading inspirational books.
